Our worst nightmare was contracting with Four Seasons, the builder of sun rooms/conservatories. The particular one that we hired did a terrible job! On Day 1: They sent a carpenter, to begin the project, who didn't even know how to build the three wooden steps (to code) that led up to the sun room. He made three different attempts--even resorting to making a cardboard cutout--until I said that I wanted someone else. Things just went downhill from there. Initially, they built the enclosure with no door (exit) to the adjoining wooden deck. How stupid is that? They told me that they didn't know how to install a ceiling fan in the room. What!! I could NOT have been the first person to request a ceiling fan in a Four Season's sun room. Can you tell that I'm still seething about it? And it's been three years!

Information on how to build a doghouse on Ebay. It wasn't anything I hadn't already found by searching the internet.
