Sometimes when I'm doing school work I get tired and I take a break by watching TV or playing computer games... today I took a nap. But after I get up I find it so hard to get back to work. It makes it so much more boring after you enjoy yourself for a little bit. What should I do for a break so that I find it easy to slip into concentration mode again?

I would take a 10 minute break every hour. Stretch, relax, stretch some more. Close your eyes and focus on relaxing. But don't take any longer than 5-10 minutes. This is called a cat nap, and it really serves the purpose of needing a break without being away so long from what you are doing that you have trouble getting back into it again. Also, if you wait any longer in between breaks, it gets more and more difficult to get back into it after you do take a break.
