Sure. Just because some questions aren't very good doesn't mean asking them isn't an artform. Some artists just aren't very good.

Yeah...because some people are really good at it like the master painters...and some people are really BAD at it...
Of course there is no 'bad' art...but I've seen some really horrible questions...

yes, when the asker makes a story out of question. like this person did, the fun part was coming up with answers that went along with the question..
