I think Kelly Kelly needs to leave CM Punk alone.
He gets beat by Hardcore Holly & then the next week WWE ECW makes it look like CM Punk has to have Kelly Kelly to help him get a win over Matt Striker.
CM Punk is an amazing wrestler & doesn't need a half naked woman following him around & flashing her boobs at his opponents to help him to win matches.
To answer your question,
I seriously doubt that WWE will turn either of them heel.
Punk is way over with the crowd & it would be a stupid move to turn him heel.
Kelly Kelly is another babyface bimbo that will probably never turn heel due to her look.

Vince wants CM Punk to go heel eventually he thinks that since CM Punk has a straight edge lifestyle he thinks he's better than everyone, I guess he doesn't know that when CM Punk was in ROH his catch phrase was "I'm better than you" Vince is an idiot, but CM Punk is great so I'll still watch the first half hour of ECW just for him.
