Probably born with the droopy eye.
They use to have you do eye exercises and wear a eye patch on the non droopy eye.
But everyone i know that has had a droopy eye, even with the exercises you still notice a slight droop.

Cause she's fugly XD No, really, though, that's just the shape of her eyes, some people have droopy eyes, that or she's always posing hoping she'll look sexy, or maybe she's stoned.

Lots of People have funny habits or have just plain things they do , it might just be a Habit for paris or something she does that she doesn't even know about .

She probably does not get a lot of sleep, and has to cover up the bags under her eyes with makeup.
