I am currently taking classes to get into the program. If you are a registered nurse, what is your position and what types of other positions are out there that I can get into once I am finished with the program?

There are so many things you can do and in so many different workplaces. There are the acute facilities like hospitals, doctors offices, home health, research, factories, health department, schools, government agencies, cruise ships, even help solve crimes as forensics. I suggest you talk to the educators at the program you wish to apply to to see if they have any specialty classes you might be interested in. welcome to our world.

i work in health care not a nurse but know that there are a ton of areas. home health, primary health care, OR, ER, DON, in a factory, etc.

RN's can pretty much point their figure and say, "hey I want to work there" and get a job in about 5 minutes.

best of luck
