At the center of all galaxies is a black hole. They draw matter together and even ignite the stars. Some holes are active and some are inactive. But they draw matter as fine as cigarette smoke together, over billions of years you have planets. So they are theorizing that black holes are the creators

Stars orbiting the black hole at the center of the galaxy are not pulled in for the same reason that the planets orbiting the Sun are not pulled into the Sun by the Sun's gravity. A black hole's gravity is no different from a star's, as long as you don't get so close to it that relativity becomes important. And you need to get REALLY close for that.

Some holes are active and others are inactive.Active holes bring matter together to form suns and planets.
