I just need to know how to treat them and how to talk and stuff to them

It is more important how you listen to them. Keep yourself clean well groomed and in style. Be aware of the girls that are interested in you. even if you are not interested in a girl , it is good to be friendly , courteous and nice.
Approaching young girls should be done in a non sexual way. Keep good eye contact . encourage them to talk, be a good listener and smile. That's a good beginning

If you just wanna be friends then treat them with respect. Listen (I know sometimes its just unbearable), but if you want to get close, listening is important. Also, be careful not to treat them like the guys in your crew cause u never know if you offened the girl.

yeah, listen to them. properly. look them in the eye when they talk to u, and really listen.

yeha i cant give u good recommendations there. i have always been the "sweet guy"but in high school, chicks dont dig the "sweet guy"they dig the rebel. the sweet guy works in the end when they are tired of being treated like S^%T.
second biggest tip would be confidence. chicks love it. know who u are, where your going and be happy with who u are. :)

It helps to ask questions about them--show an interest in who they are and what they like to do. Try to find interests you have in common. Really listen to what they say and try to remember it. Always be respectful of them--and be respectful of their friends and family, too. Smile often and be honest.

Treat them as equals, and show them respect. I don't mean things like opening doors and helping them carry stuff; respect what they say and how they think, their opinions.

Treat them like this:
If they are nice, be nice.
If they are mean, leave them alone.
If they want to talk, listen.
If they are not listening, stop talking to them.
...oh, also don't sleep with their sisters!

treat them with respect and don't force them to do anything that they dont wanna do (not that you will), when they talk to you listen to wat hey hav to say, thats most important and make them feel special and be nice to em'
