There are many different cell types in the human body. I'll just give you some examples.

Nervous tissue: there are neurons, astrocytes, oligodendrocytes, microglia (these last 3 form the group known as glial cells), schwann cells, satellite cells

Muscle: myocytes, cardiac myocytes

Connective Tissue: osteoblasts, osteoclasts, osteocytes, bone lining cells, fibroblasts

Blood cells: red blood cells, B lymphocytes, plasma cells, CD4+ lmphocytes, CD8+ lymphocytes, neutrophils, basophils, eosinophils, monocytes, macrophages (in tissue technically), dendritic cells (in tissue mostly), mast cells, NK cells

Skin and viscera: epithelial, beta cells in pancreas, chief cells and parietal cells in stomach, etc.

Vasculature: endothelial cells

Reproductive cells: spermatocytes

This is just a quick list off the top of my head, there are plenty more, but I hope you get the idea.

theres 2 types of cells- plant and animal. animal cells are like eggs: cell membrane on the outside, cytoplasm on the inside and a necleus in the middle. a plant cell is a little more complex... i cant remember what they looked like...
