This is under the Disk Management section in the Computer Management Snap-in.
Go into the Control Panel, Administrative Tools.

You go to start,control panel,administrative tools, doble click on disk managment, right click on f, left click on drive change letter. You must be running windows 2000 or up before you can use it.

You don't have to do it through BIOS. Its through disk managment as previously stated. I just wanted to add that you cannot have two drives with the same drive label so if theres another drive already labeled C: then you'll have to rename it as well.

If I remember correctly you have to do it at the BIOS screen (you know like when you have to press F8 at startup) but not sure exactly, but try and google BIOS

open the drive and click tools on the top and then map network drive
