I think science is advanced enough not to have to use so many animals for testing purposes.People would be abhorred if creatures of higher intelligence came to our planet and used us to test stuff on!

Animal testing is very very wrong. They have feelings & love in their hearts. They suffer terribly & live their whole lives in experiment labs. There is also testing for hair care products,,make-up & cleaning products. They should know by now,,how to make these products,,what basic ingredients that are needed. There is nothing I hate more than animal testing. You can help by writing to the manufacturers of the products that you use & tell them that you would continue using these products if they stop the testing. I dont buy anything that tests on animals. Read the labels to find out if they do or not. Even dog food tests on animals. If the package says for example: promotes healthy muscles,,well guess what~they have animals that they continuously cut muscles out of their legs. http://peta.com Iam's dogfood.

Animal testing just for a cheaper price is just plain wrong!!! However, animal testing when there's no other alternatives then yes. I don't get the whole animal testing within the animal food industry thing though. I guess I'm naive though because I don't get how testing the food they are supposed to eat on that animal is wrong. Who else would they test it on?

For medical testing in which alternatives aren't viable, yes. They play an important role in the development of treatments and cures for human disease. Most of us don't realize how much animal research has contributed to our wellbeing. Virtually every drug you've taken, every procedure you've undergone, is due to their development on animal subjects. Without lab animals, our medical present and future would be bleak.
For cosmetics, chemical studies, nutritional studies, etc, absolutely not.

I am against animal testing unless there is absolutely no other alternative. And in these cases, the testing should be done as humanely and painlessly as possible.

I incredibly have researched various finding out and strongly disagree with it for the main area. Animal finding out and vivisection is as a rule pointless. The issues I maximum disagree with are those: lecture room exams concerning the preserving of ingredients and water from animals or small inflictions of discomfort on them with the intention to instruct scholars a reaction. it incredibly makes no sense, many of the scholars won't in any respect would desire to appreciate those issues and the exams have been executed many circumstances beforehand. examine a e book to verify the solutions and end senselessly hurting animals. Breaking an animal's leg without numbing it, burning an animal alive, putting electrodes into its head or cords into its abdomen to marvel it to objective numerous reactions and then enable it die or throw it out isn't splendid. and that i became into no longer making any of those information up, they're all very genuine exams that have been performed time and time returned. i think of all of us would desire to no longer be so ignorant and egotistical approximately animal finding out. residing creatures do no longer deserve mindless torture. i do no longer choose to "tension" my ideals on anybody or placed up surprising web site hyperlinks besides the shown fact that that's elementary to discover those issues out online in case you opt for to analyze for your self.
