Simon is always criticizing everyone else about there singing...Can or have you ever heard him sing??

he cant sing all he can do is criticize every one. and if he tryed all the cats would come flocking...

Paula had a big singing career and was married a short time to Emilio Estevez (Charlie Sheen's brother). Simon started out in a mail room at some recording studio and worked his way up. I think he was a judge on the UK version of Idol. Randy helped produce songs for the biggies, such as Moriah, chaka khan, whitney, etc. I never heard of Simon or Randy before Idol, but who really knows producers names?

Just because he can't sing doesn't mean he doesn't know talent. Have you ever really disagreed with him? He's right almost all the time, he's just rude about it. All these kids that try out probably surround themselves with 'yes men' who never tell the truth, or really are no judge of talent. All the record labels are owned by people like Simon who can judge talent even though they don't have it.
I doubt Elvis ever asked if Sam Phillips from Sun Records could sing, but he sure could judge talent.
