The father owes over $5000. Child Support Recovery can't do anything because he either sends $50 a month or nothing and goes on State Aide to make himself exempt from paying. Any ideas on what I could do to get him to pay the $240 he owes every month? He's also self emplyed and I have no idea where he lives.

First, find out all the information you dont have, like where he lives, works, the name of his company,etc. Anything will help, then sue his a.s in small claims court for money owed> I know this isnt easy but you need to find it if you want your money

have you looked for a lawyr? he should pay child support there is no excuse. also i know its hard but you need to find out where he lives and works, you need to really sit down and try your hardest to get all the info and how to take him to small claims court. good luck

..you can find the business by searching on the computer (if you know the name)...if the business makes money, you should be able to get something....he must file some sort of taxes...
