They will interview your friends, family, neighbors, college roommates, etc. They want to know how you are able to handle different situations. They want to know can you work with a number of different people all with different backgrounds, different races, etc.
You need to show you are a tolerent person and someone who is slow to anger. Someone who has a history of tolerance and patience. The ability to think through a situation prior to acting.
