1. Many teens in this world are willing to give up anything for love- a ribbon-bound bouquet of roses, a cuddly stuffed animal, even a scintillating diamond ring- anything as long as it can be bought by a reasonable amount of money.

2. Many teens in this world are willing to give up anything for love- a ribbon-bound bouquet of roses, a cuddly stuffed animal, or even a scintillating diamond ring- anything as long as it can be bought by a reasonable amount of money.

The thoughts in the sentences don't really work well together. Are you comparing roses and a teddy bear to a diamond ring? If so, how does it make sense to then say "a reasonable amount of money"? The cost of those items is drastically different. I'm not sure what you mean when you say today's teens are willing to give up anything for love and then list those three items - how are those things anyone gives up for love? When we talk of people giving up something for love, it is usually something of more intrinsic value - wealth, family, friends, etc. So I am not sure what you are trying to say with the examples you have chosen, nor by the phrase "as long as it can be bought for a reasonable amount of money." Are you trying to say teens are fickle and they will give up only inexpensive things for love?? Possibly I am missing your point totally, but I would try something like:

Many teens are willing to give up anything for love - fame, fortune, friends, even special things that are priceless to them.

Best of luck with it.

Neither is correct - and you're trying to make two distinct points that are in conflict with your intent.

Teens are willing to "give up anything" for love is the first point.
That is countered by "as long as it can be bought."

If I understand what you're trying to say, I would suggest something like:

Teens in this world are willing to do almost anything for love - a ribbon-bound bouquet of roses, a cuddly stuffed animal, or a scintillating diamond ring - their options are limited only by what they can afford.

Hope that helps!

Cheers.

Many of this world's teens are willing to give anything for love:
--a ribbon-bound bouquet of roses
--a cuddly, stuffed animal
--even a scintillating diamond ring

Anything as long as it can be bought for a reasonable amount of money.

You are saying that many teens are willing to 'give up' anything for love, but then you mention things that can be bought for love. You wouldn't 'give up' a bouquet of roses or a diamond ring, you would accept them.

But, grammatically, your sentences are both correct - except you should say "for" and not "by" a reasonable amount of money.

You are contradicting yourself in this sentence, what are you trying to say, that teens will give up anything, and then are giving examples of what they are willing to give up? If so, try:
"Many teens in this world are willing to give up anything for love, including red roses, stuffed animals and large diamonds." Get rid of the 'as long as it can be bought...' part, your use of the word 'reasonable' does not go along with the rest of the sentence.

Not sure what point you are trying to get across

So we would give up everything for love, just as long as it doesn't cost too much. If yo are willing to give up anything, there shouldn't be a price issue....

Should be "bought with" not "bought by". The word "even" is sufficient - you can leave out the "or" - it is not needed.
