I just had a phone interview with a big company but the guy who asked me the questions had a thick accent that I could not understand. If I paused just to figure out what he was saying, he thought I didnt know the answer and gave me the answer or said forget it. He talked about one topic and jumped to the next still making me think we are talking about the same topic. I know that if I talked with someone else that I could understand, then my interview would go really well. I have the email of someone in HR who I ask for the results of the interview...can I request for another interview by explaining the situation to them? What do you do in these situations? I want to email the HR person...what should I write in the email? Please let me know your experiences and your suggestions on what I should do in this situation and what I should write in the email. I dont want to lose this chance. He ended the interview within 20-30 mins... =(

That's a good length for a phone interview.
NEXT time, it's appropriate to say, "Pardon me, I didn't understand you, please repeat that." Don't mention 'because of your accent' or 'something's wrong with my hearing/the phone transmission.' Your interviewer knows he has an accent, and very likely knows folks sometimes don't understand him.
When you email HR, be professional & straightforward. Say something like, "I hesitated due to my interviewer's accent, and gave the impression I didn't know what to respond. I regret not making that clear at the time. Might I have a follow-up phone interview to review my responses? I'm most interested in working for the company/agency/business." Short, to the point, no hurt feelings, no blaming, no looking like a dufas. In every business mistakes are made, how they are resolved (tact promptness) counts for a LOT.
Good luck, knock 'em dead (well, knock their socks off).

there are different people accessible who conflict with their canines. They put in the frustrating paintings, the guidance, the meds, the eating regimen alterations, etc. nonetheless, for some canines, it is not adequate. sometimes, you may enable them to pass. those are the "fortunate" ones, that they had a relatives that enjoyed them adequate to attempt. those people I easily have not something yet know for. The others who merely unload their canines, and depart no history (chew or in any different case) are surprisingly plenty, properly, losers. Their (the canines) thoughts regularly are the cautionary thoughts. so a techniques as YA, it is frustrating to get the completed tale. whilst uncertain, i want to propose a behaviorist, interest plan, and the right of success. valid question: To what quantity does a canine's aggressive habit could expand for euthanasia to be a doable selection, if ever? ~~~it is IMHO,whilst might euthanasia be doable, when I easily have exhausted all ideas. i may be there with my canine til the tip. If the canine killed a baby, then it does not be as much as me. Bites may be put in context. i individually have self assurance that in case you're at that final selection, you would be there with them. Rescues are an entire different element. regularly, you're speaking approximately strapped components, over worked team, small communities of volunteers. sometimes, it is triage, you may help the main which you will. (some rescues, although, can and do paintings with the canines.)
