It'd be a very good idea to contact your doctor if this persists and bothers you. A female can be very diligent about her hygiene and still have issues, including STDs, so if you're sexually active (even if you use condoms), it's a good idea to get tested. HPV, for example, is one STD that is EXTREMELY common and often not even diagnosed as there are often no outwardly visible signs of disease.
Some ideas to consider while you're waiting for your appointment:
__Have you recently changed your bathing supplies or your laundry supplies? If so, you might be having a bit of a "reaction" to the change of products.
__Where are you in your menstrual cycle? Sometimes our bodies can change during various points of our cycles. (For example, some women have more tenderness in their chests at a certain point in their cycle.)
__Have you had a change in your sexual activity lately? This can sometimes have an impact on our pH balance and whatnot.
__Are you taking any medications? Meds can have all sorts of odd side-effects.
__Has your diet changed recently? Some foods, such as asparagus, can make a person's urine smell funny.
Consider all of these factors, but if the condition continues and it concerns you, don't hesitate to contact your doctor or local health clinic and set up an appointment. (Don't worry - they've seen, heard, and smelled it all before.)
Good luck!

You might have a form of yeast infection that does not give discharge, go see your gyno and get them to look in there. Just because you dont see something coming out doesn't mean there isnt something wrong in there in the yeast sort of way. Anyways they will give you medication you take through either your mouth or you know where and it will be okay if not then change your eating habits. Sometimes some things we eat also make a different in the way we smell, body odor in general so eat sweets i think it is and there u go:)

If the odor is one that other people can smell or that you can smell really strongly you should make an appointment with your doctor. Sometimes it's nothing serious, you might just have bacteria, which may be the cause of the odor. Is nothing to worry about with medication your odor will eventually go away, but just check with your doctor best way to be safe! ;)

I don't know why people tell you to see a doctor because you have an odor. They are not living in the real world. "That" area is prone to smell pretty bad and itch without there being anything dreadfully wrong.
Just continue what you are doing. Use wet personal wipes when you use the restroom (will make the most difference). Use pantiliners to keep your underwear clean.

it could be an infection (yeast, BV), and they happen to the best of us. go to the GYN and get it checked out, and they'll treat you with the right kind of medication.
also, don't let someone on the answer boards tell you its "definitely this" because it may not be! going to the doctor when you notice a change down there, never hurts. it just shows you're on top of things.

If you don't already, I would clean the area everyday with mild soap. If you don't see improvements within 2 weeks, I would see a doctor.
