Not at all? No fans, nothing?
In which case, check the fuses... then look around the rear of the case (assuming it's a desktop), and see if there is a "standby" light... if it's blinking, rather than steady, there's a good chance that your motherboard battery has died. This happens every few years, it's no big deal, most of them are in a little spring-clip holder, and easily replaced.

Or, you may have a power supply fault... get somebody who knows what they're doing, to check the supply for you - this is definitely not something to try at home.

There are other possibilities, of course... a bad power cord, a damaged power receptacle in the back of the supply unit, maybe bad switch on the front of the case, or maybe the wires from the switch to the power unit are bad - or just fell off :-)

Beyond simple diagnostics, power issues are best left to people with the right tools, and good insurance...
