The Manual Transmissions need Periodic Replacement of the Clutch Plate, the Pressure Plate and Throw Out Bearings, etc.
The NEW Automatic Transmissions are good for Over 100,000 Miles with Periodic Fluid and Filter Replacement every 35,000 miles!
The Perform as well or better than the Manual ONES!
Thanks, RR

Manual, puts more of the control of power in my hands. Automatic is OK in cars, but I prefer manual, and always manual in trucks.

In icy weather,I prefer manual shift.
Ordinary driving I don't mind automatic.
