Hi, I will try to help you. First, are these bubbles that are popping up FROM Norton Security? There are some types of adware that will tell you that you have a virus because they want you to purchase their "cures" for them. They are nothing more than ads coming from adware. BUT if they are Norton messages, then they should be giving you options along with the message to isolate or fix the problem, which makes me believe they are ads of you do not see this. Use your Norton, run a scan, delete the adware, and get on the internet. Go into Tools, select Internet Options, under the General tab click Delete Cookies. Then Click Delete Files. Make sure you are not closing out your Norton and it is staying active always. Hope this helps :)
