I have to write a 3 page report on the CA aqueduct and I found a really good website with lots of info but it was on the LA Aqueduct. I can't find any good websites for the CA aqueduct besides wikipedia. So can anyone suggest any good websites?

No they are two separate and individual aqueducts, carring water from two different sources for different reasons.

The California Aqueduct as it is known, begins at the Sacramento River and it's western branch in the south feed the Western Los Angeles basin area, for the smaller towns and crops water needs in that area.

The LA aqueduct begins at Owens River and flow to Los Angeles City proper for it drinking and other water need. There are now two LA aqueducts, both originating from the Owens River. The second one was finished in 1970 to supply much more needed water supplies to the burgeoning population of Los Angeles City and County residents.

They are different. Look some more on the Internet. You can find a lot on it. You might start with the California Department of Water Resources.
