the scores are placed on the school bulletin but they refuse to let us see the actual tests. We are worried because the person administering the test and grading them does not have a teacher's license. Is a teacher's license required to grade test?

of course not, you must be given the wright to see your test. You don't need to have the license in some place. try finding out if you do, but if they refuse to show you your test, talk with someone with power, like a counselor, or manager in charge of your section.
