Be grateful that you don't have all that junk in your trunk. If there was a machine I could hook myself up to and transfer my fat to you I would in 2 seconds.
A better solution is to weight training. It looks a lot better then fat. And you can actually sculpt the body that you want. There are lots of videos out there. If you want to build up your butt do squats - lots of them. Joining a gym works too. They will also normally give you a couple free sessions with a personal trainer when you join. And it's not expensive!
