There are many herbal remedies out there now that help quite a bit with memory, and helping your mind to feel strong. These are Ginko Biloba, Ginsing, even Bee Pollin and Cinnamin I believe can help. My favorite is Ginko and Ginsing. My mind starts feeling more alert and aware, which in turn promotes more learning which is excercising your brain which makes you smarter!
