How do you host in Warcraft, the Frozen Throne?

I have a d-link router, but how do i host?

Most people in warcraft actually can't host games with connections to high speed providers for some reason. Used to have net Z and could host games. Then I upped to Cox and my days hosting games are over so... I really dont know if you can.
