Does any one know the unlock code or were to get it?

I have never heard that a mobile phone in Japan needs something like an unlock code. Maybe there must be a mistake or misunderstanding on how to use a mobile phone.
Or if you are talking about PIN code to configure its settings, its original code must a simple combination of numbers like 1111 or 9999. Please call Softbank and ask them. You can call them 0088-240-157 and they can answer in English.

Softbank does not give out the unlock codes. Been there, done that with them. yeah they suck with that idea.
