When I went on school field trips as a kid, the faculty always recommended our parents sending a pack of gum along with us, because apparently chewing gum curbs motion sickness.

Ginger is excellent for motion sickness, supposedly better than Dramamine (without the side effects and added toxic load to the liver) You can try teas or capsules. Good luck.

I don't know if this will apply to motion sickness, but I just came back from a cruise on which I got real sick. Everywhere I went everyone told me to try green apples and ginger ale. It's worth the try.

GINGER...
any way you can get it down the hatch, powder, capsule, tea....if you try ginger ale make sure it is one that actually has "real" ginger in it.
