You can't. You cant tell. Doctor's used to look and see if the hymen was ripped but that can get ripped from horseback riding soccer etc. and plus if your testing your daughters thats really wrong.

There is no way at all. Many girls break their hymens from sports and other activities. There is no way.

You can't. There is no way of knowing. Many doctors cannot even determine that.
