call your bank immediately, tell them what happened, if they dont have a 24 hour help line, get into there asap, its okay, if the other party spends the money, its them who is on the hook with the bank. you'll be fine.

Yes you can. Call the banking institution where you performed the transaction. Tell them to reverse the transfer. You may have to contact the banking instution where the money was placed. Dont wait long because you may not get it back.

do you mean wrong a/c no.?
the a/c no. and beneficiary name should match, or the money will be returned to your a/c.
if you have send it to some1 elses a/c the bank will need the beneficiarys approval to return the money.
