Google was just named #1 on the Fortunes 2007 List of 100 best places to work for in America. They include perks like free gourmet meals; doing your laundry at work; drop off your dry cleaning; get an oil change and get a massage all on site. Also, I saw on Oprah, they have daycare, lap pools, state of the art gyms, beach volleyball, haircuts, and you can bring your dog to work! If you could pick any perks that your job would have (other than better salary) what would they be? Mine would be free lunch, free transit to get there, and free laundry machines to use on site!

Just the ability to have a flexible schedule - to come and go as I please.

And if I could get a free gourmet lunch every-day (like Google gives all of its workers) I'd take that too!

A company car would be nice but I'm a 3 minute drive away from work... so that would be a bit of a waste. :)
