No. She could have an early miscarriage which is called a blighted ovum. This is usually attributed to something having gone wrong with the embryo's development. Having sex or using the bathroom will not cause a miscarriage, unless there is some other major issue.

Well, hopefully I can give you another straight-forward answer to your question since most people seem to give you grief. To me, you seem very uninformed.
There is no way to "drop an egg" as you call it. Pregnant for three weeks is a miscarriage AKA spontaneous abortion, plus other names for it. Anyway, it basically seems like a heavier more painful period, though it may also act like a normal period. As with any pregnancy, it depends on the woman. Sex will NOT end a pregnancy at any time.
The only time that an egg is lost is when the female has her period. Even then, all that happens is that the eggs were not fertilized, and the thickened lining of the uterus (which thickened in preparation for a fertilized egg) sloughs off since there is no fertilized egg to implant into the lining.
I hope that this helps you out. Maybe want to use protection from now on though, until you are married. Seriously.

OMG I hope for the world's sake you haven't gotten anyone pregnant after hearing that ignorant rambling. WHAT R U TALKING ABOUT?? If she is already 3 weeks pregnant, it isnt an egg, its a developing embryo. Babies just don't go falling out and no you cannot loosen it with sex. It is protected in a SAC.
Seriously please dont get anyone pregnant--EVER

I am not sure I understand but I think you are asking if the egg can fall out of a woman and she miscarry.

It would be a miscarriage, and you would know it if she miscarries at that point - it would be like a very heavy, and painful period.
Nothing like it just slipping out without anyone noticing.
