young means fun and no attachment
old means knowledge and experience

As a mother of young children, I'm more drawn to spend time with the young.

Lately I've been discovering spiritual benefits of spending time with the elderly. I hope I never get thrown on the scrap heap, forgotten by those I've loved and nurtured.
