Estee Lauder has the best eye makeup remover!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The second best is Lancome. The third is Mary Kay than Avon . Estee Lauder Gentle Eye Makeup Remover is the best out there.
If you can't afford Estee Lauder another good makeup remover is Nivea Gentle Eye Makeup Remover you can find it at Walmart. Also an alternative if you can't afford other makeup removers baby oil works really well to get rid of eye makeup.
Also Rimmel has good eyemakeup remover and so does Oil of Olay eyemakeup remover.Neutrogena Eye Makeup Remover is another good brand. Vaseline also works as a eye makeup remover I would use that as a last resort though.

I would recommend the oil free eye makup remover by Mary Kay. It takes off your eye makeup gently and doesnt burn your eyes. I put it on those cotton rounds or a cotton ball found at Wal-mart. Takes all my eye makeup off even my waterproof mascara (by Mary Kay). It's pretty affordable. $14.

Almay,you can get it at wal mart.Make sure you get the kind that says moisturizing it works so good.It even removes that long wearing lip stain.You can't find anything better.It's also great for sensitive skin and contact lens wearers.

Fresh Soy Face Cleanser is amazing! it'll take off the toughest mascara and it conditions your eyelashes.

Baby Oil works well (really), as do baby wipes. Baby wipes can take off all face & eye make up. I swear this works.

Have you tried Mary Kay. I have only used one other brand, and I don't even remember what it was called. It was bought at Wal Mart.

The BEST eye makeup remover (and your eye doctor will approve) is............baby shampoo! It's great!!!! Try it. I've been using it for over 20 years.

just use vaseline intensive care lotion! squeeze some on a cotton ball and run it over your eyes. the makeup just slides right off :)
