GO OUT ON my back patio, have a smoke, and read a chapter or two of my latest favorite sci-fi / fantasy novels. Or wait until my wife and son go to bed, then sit up for a couple hours and play video games.

The BEST way to deal with stress is to do something that you enjoy or relaxes you - no matter what it may be. And if someone bugs you while you are relaxing, tell them to go away, you are de-stressing, but if they persist, then you might need to find a new spot where no one will bother you for as long as it takes to get rid of the stress.

speaking from expierence... school can be very stressfull, as can just about everything else in my life. When i become stressed out, i tend to try and relax for a little bit than do something i love sometimes i will cook (i love cooking) or play soccer, go for a run, read a good book/mag, go shopping or hang out with my friends. if you are a teen looking for advice on how to deal with stress, i suggest finding something that you love, and helps you relax/clear your mind and do that whenever you are stressed. but honestly- dont drink/drugs to get rid of stress cause it will jsut add to your stress =] hope i have helped!

The only thing that gives me stress is not getting things done. The way I deal with it is to do something. Then you will find that you are getting somewhere.

I tend to sleep, but it doesn't make it go away, just postponing it for a while. Usually the best way, I've found, is to pick it apart and find out what I can fix or change and then try to not worry over the rest. It works out in the end the way it's supposed to anyway.

I have to back away from it, and for me that often takes drastic action because I have little self-motivation and self-control. That's why I stopped asking questions and part of the reason why I don't do 360 much anymore, but I visited your blog today :)
