It depends on what you need. My husband uses W810i, because he loves music. W 810i is music phone where you can save many musics, it is also completed with radio so that you'll never feel boring all the day w/ your activities. Actually, it's a complete kind of phone. The camera is very good, sound, memory, standardly good. If you need additional aplication like PDA (except MS Office), you can download the simpler version. W810i makes the users look cool n trendy.
I'm using PDA because of my activities. I have to save so many datas since my job is very much. But, I don't need too much music. PDA can also save many musics but not as much as W810i. But too many other files saved will disturb the loading process of PDA. PDA is not as simple and cool as W810i. PDA makes the users look professional.
So, it's depends on what your activities, if you kind a guy that has so many files to be saved on your handset, be sure use PDA. But, if you kind of guy that has not much office acvtivities, and need only simple handset but also can entertain you, choose W810i.

I just got this phone last friday after going thru 3 v551's over the last 5 months. I really like it. However, I've noticed a couple of glitches and will probably ask for a replacement as I think it may just be this particular phone. I recommend this phone it has an excellent camera, user friendly features, and a pretty cool mp3 player. I checked out a bunch of reviews before I bought it and it had really good ones. here are a few links to the cnet reviews and phone scoop reviews.

Also, at phonescoop you can compare it to other phones and it will list all the features etc. side by side.
I think you should go for the w810i, but it's always good to check out everything first.
