I am a junior in college, so i have about one year left, give or take a semester. The school i am at right now is so boring that i am being driven crazy, so i want to get out. One of my options is to move back home and finish up my degree online. However, my concern is that i would spend a lot of time without meeting any new people(that is one of the biggest problems that i am currently having at this crappy university). I turn 21 over the summer and if i get a job and go to bars and clubs, while living at home, would i be able to make new friends?

Finish your schooling - you have lots of time to go to bars and clubs and make new friends. There are probably lots of people you could be friends with right where you are if you want to make the effort. All friends are not made in bars.

i think no matter how bad the college experience it will pay off for the rest of your life to finish it. The degree will count for more if you take it at the college,

Friends are not a priority until you graduate.

Listen, Jacko, don't be a loser!
Finish school. I don't need to tell you why, do I? At 21, you've seen enough "afterschool specials". So, quit trippin' and handle your business!
