No matter what IQ people have, each individual has a different personality.
You probably know a few women who have IQ's over 140 - but because a high IQ doesn't always equal impressive academic achievement, and because many girls/women learn that it is polite to play down their intelligence (or keep it to themselves), you may not have recognized someone like the lady at the bank or your mail carrier or the lady down the street as the geniuses they may actually be.
Someone who has a particular type of high IQ (related to having good "human" skills) knows exactly how to be a nice, friendly, modest person in spite of a high IQ.

I'm a 22 year old female who, according to my gifted teacher in high school, has an IQ of 156. I'm pretty laid back and enjoy humor a lot. I'm a very busy person- I'm married, have a child and own my own business. I joke around a lot but when it comes to TCB-taking care of business, I'm pretty serious and focused.
My days are very long and usually end with a trip to the gym, a nice hot bath, and about an hour or two of Tivo or the occasional video game.
I can get along with anyone and am very down to earth. Just like most other women I love shopping, magazines, watching my Sex In The City DVDs, and taking my bubble baths. I think the only things I like that give away my brainieness are: Watching CNN daily, doing lots of math, investing, the Sunday Time's crossword and discussing books and well made movies with my husband.
I also like sleeping in when I can- I mean who doesn't.
Oh, I guess one other difference I might have is that I married a man 15 years older than me who is also an entrapaneur- gotta love a guy with brains and ambition!

I think you misunderstand. Intelligence does not require/cause specific sets of personality traits.
Strictly speaking, there are two things that build "who you are" (i.e. personality); 1) your genes 2) your environment.
You are making the assumption that intelligent females' genes are constantly coinjoined with particular personality traits. I think this constant coinjoinment is very weak considering the great variation of environments that we grow up in.
Many women I know are manipulative, but I think this is because of the social environment that they find themselves in. Since some women can rely on their desirability for sustinence (i.e. prostitutes, models, trophy wives), there are a great deal of factors that you must take into account in such a study (because "male" values of intelligence may not apply to women who do not value the same measures of "intelligence" as much because they do not rely on them to survive).

I know one. She is very strange, not to say that all of them are like this. She is a very nice person. When she speaks, she tries to be diplomatic, and she tries to get everyone to get along. However, she is a bit socially naive. She doesn't care too much for her personal hygeine and she's the kind of person who doesn't understand when everyone is laughing at her. But she's a good person, just different.

I do, I'm just like any other person, but can be a little reserved and unsure about events I cannot calculate or predict an outcome for
