My friends 18th birthday?

My friend and I want to throw her a birthday party with the help of her prospective boyfriend. We want it to be a surprise but don't know how to go about doing this. Any advice is welcome.

Me and my friend are freshmen and her prospective boyfriend is a junior and she is a senior if that helps!

Have him bust out of a cake wearing only a thong. It always works for my new girlfriends.
