I have a ten gartered garter belt that is see thru. Where do I
wear it-inside or outside my sanitary panties?

That all depends on whether or not you want to leave it on while the panties come off. I find it bothersome to use the toliet with it outside but I guess its a matter of personal comfort.

It's a matter of personal choice but I wear my panties on the outside, so I can easily pull them down to tinkle. And why do you wear sanitary panties?
