How do you get music from Limewire onto your mp3?

Totally new at this, need really good instructions.

go to library in lime wire press in saved music the in the left side you will find something that say search or explore i don't remember and a folder will open then choose the songs you want to use and press the right button in your mouse and send it to the device you want it

your double click and drag the songs into itunes :]
