To set an image as a background, do the same as before except replace the middle part with this:

If you are referring to creating a background image, then I recommend using an image software and create an image to your heart's content. Remember that almost any image can be used as a background, assuming it is in jpeg, gif, or png format. You could use any image you want, but it doesn't mean it will look good.

Any image will do, if you're looking at a picture in Internet Explorer that you like... RIGHT click on it and select "Set as Background" and it will show up on your WIndows Desktop

You make a background by going to your desktop...
right-clicking...choosing properties..then desktop...
then u make a background...(remeber to click ok)
OR
Go online...look for your favorite picture.. right-click....
then choose, "Set as Background..."

what type of background and what for?? for website or flash or photoshop or video theres alot of background even background music.
