No, the Vice President has to pass the same qualifications as the President. Since Bill Clinton served more than 6 years as President, he is ineligible to serve as Vice President.

Actually, yes Bill Clinton can be elected Vice-preisdent and yes he could serve a third term as President. The 22nd Amendment says no President can be 'elected' to more than two terms. It says nothing about him 'serving' more than two terms. There is also no amendment forbiding a former President from running for Vice-president. Therefore, Bill Clinton could run and be elected Vice-president and, if the need arose, legally be 'appointed to serve' as President in place of a sitting President.

An ex-president , yes. Bill Clinton, no. The Vice-president must be constitutionally eligible to be president. After 2 terms, Bill Clinton no longer qualifies.

No. The Constitution Bans anyone who does not met the requirements of the office of president to hold the office of vice president. Since Clinton would be ineligible to serve as president again, he cannot be vice president as well.
He can, however, serve in the cabinet.

Theres nothing in the constitution or the ByLaws of the United States that says otherwise. I dont know how I would feel about Bill Clinton being vice president. I mean Clinton/Clinton? No Id rather see him as "first boy".

I don't see why not. It's not the same office.
Actually, wait. He cannot because he would be next in line for the presidency and he has served his full term allowed by the constitution. So he cannot serve in the cabinet again.

i for my area think of of he's relatively like the countless baby-kisser: coach me a baby-kisser who hasn't executed something crooked and that i will coach you a fictitious entity. The noteworthy function that gadgets him aside, inspite of if; is that he replace spectacular right into a conservative in a severe place of potential in a country with a predominantly liberal media: for sure his photograph is going to be distorted to be much less favorable. to boot to, his fact that he's not unfavorable to gay marriage will advise slender to not something: liberals are inspite of the incontrovertible fact that going to despise him, because of the fact of actuality they have spent the purely spectacular 10+ years listening to how unfavorable of a guy or female Dick Cheney is. After listening to something for that long, you will for sure start up believing it (relatively in case you opt to have self theory it). i'm not one to coach out the glaring, yet that feels like an fairly elementary variety innovations-washing to me (purely my innovations)... So, in short... liberals will inspite of the incontrovertible fact that despise Dick Cheney: they don't seem going to think of of to themselves, "Oh, he's not against gay marriage. i assume that makes each element else I 'hate' approximately him o.ok.."
