i like thiz guy who doesnt like me like the way he wants to go out wit me!!!! he wants to just be friends!!! another guy i look at as a friend wants to be more but i dont cuz i want the other boy!!!! but wen im around the guy that wants to be wit me and the other walks by he gets jealous and mad!!!! wat do i do and think now??

Well, there is a saying i've heard of..
It is better to marry someone who loves you more than you love them.
Why?
Because, if you marry someone who loves you more, at least you know he loves you. Would you marry someone that doesn't like you but you're doing everything for him? I would feel dissed and etc.
Thus, i think you understand what i'm saying right?
but....may i say, it's your choice. No one can tell you what to do.
And i wouldn't use it as a chance to make the guy you like to feel jealous, it would make situation a lot worse.
maybe, the guy you like just isn't feeling about it right now. maybe later or something..
but also another saying.
don't wait too long, or the chance will go away.
and that, i think you know what i mean.
don't decide so long, or else, both are out of your hands.

if u can get feelings for the guy that likes u..go for it..ur other friend..just stay kool w/ him and just be urself around both of them and dont think of one as "more special" than the other..
