Being that I am a crazy person myself, I would contact her family members to say "Hey, mom/sis/auntie has flipped her lid... and i'm going to baker act her if she does not get help"

I'm not positive, but I think she may be trying to steal your Daschund from you, you know, call the police to try to get your dog... if you have registration for it, you should be fine. I sure hope it's not that!! Daschunds are nice dogs, and congrats for having such a nice dog!

Neighbors and dogs... I just had to call animal control on my neighbor today for neglecting his dogs.
