Utah has only been fairly "recently discovered" as a desirable place to live and work,,,and has experienced good growth thru last few years.
So over a 10 year period ,,for example,,,you might see some Dramatic increases in certain occupations.
Almost Dis-proportional.
The recent General Population growth probably accounts for Retail Employment holding such a strong lead.
