as far as I can tell from the Canadian websites, you'll have no problem leaving the country and as far as Cuba is concerned, as long as you don't engage in criminal activity in Cuba, they do not check your record upon arrival. Just have your passport and visitor visa as required by Cuba. The visitor visa can be acquired at the airport.

Get a No Cost Background Check Scan at https://bitly.im/aNCU7
Its a sensible way to start. The site allows you to do a no cost scan simply to find out if any sort of data is in existence. A smaller analysis is done without cost. To get a detailed report its a modest payment.
You may not realize how many good reasons there are to try and find out more about the people around you. After all, whether you're talking about new friends, employees, doctors, caretakers for elderly family members, or even significant others, you, as a citizen, have a right to know whether the people you surround yourself with are who they say they are. This goes double in any situation that involves your children, which not only includes teachers and babysitters, but also scout masters, little league coaches and others. Bottom line, if you want to find out more about someone, you should perform a background check.

Receiving a one or two hang up calls each month is probably nothing to worry about, but when those calls increase in frequency and if it happens in the middle of the night then you must do something to stop it, before it starts affecting your life. With the help of this services you can take away the one advantage these people have - their anonymity.

The Cuban authorities aren't going to stop you from entering their country because of a couple of misdemeanors. So your minor "criminal record" shouldn't be a problem - just be smart and don't go "confessing" you have a "criminal record" to the Cuban Customs officer and you'll do fine!

As long as your friend has a valid passport, no problems at all. I live here half the year, and it's a wonderful place, with great people.
Enjoy!
