wear something like a short skirt and a tank top,something that guys are attracted to,or you can wear the normal t shirt and pants.sorry i dont have a picture or anything though.

It depends is it outdoor or indoor?! If Indoor: leggings, skirt, ugg boots, cute necklace, earings, sweater from american eagle or hollister? outdoor: jeans or sweat pants from hollister or pink pants then a cute jacket like the one that is fuzzy and puffy!?

you could always wear jeans a cute shirt, but if it's fancier, forever 21 has a TON of really cute dresses.

CHARLOTTE RUSSE HAS THE BEST PARTY DRESSES........ me and my friend found REALLY cute dresses there... and we are only 13 so really anyone our age and older can fit into it
