Subtract 15' from 75 degrees 00' West to get 74 degrees 45' West for the eastern side of the map, and subtract 15' from the 45 degrees 15' North to get 45 degrees 00' North for the south side of the map. The tricky thing is to keep your map bearings and directions right.

Just taking a guess based on the word QUADRANGLE which to mean might mean square in shape and therefore equilateral on all sides. So the Eastern Boarder would be located at 75 degrees 00' E and the Southern boarder would be 45 degrees 15'S?

Try googling your terms (quadrangle) and see if anything helpful comes up too.
