Edison Day!
People don't stop and think what life would be like without the electric light; I think that we could have a holiday where we all stayed home (no work, no school!) and went a day without using any electric lights!
I can't decide whether it should be the day before Edison patented his invention(January 27th) or on the inventor's own birthday(February 11th). What do you think?

Penguin Day where everybody dressed up as penguins and ate fish (cooked of course...wouldn't want anybody to get food poisoning and die because of Penguin Day)
