When Steve Irwin's wife said "yea, tell Ellen how a tounge works she doesn't know." was she making an innocent lesbian joke, taking a jab at Ellen for being a lesbian, or was it just one of those "no pun intended" remarks?

it sounds like it was just a no pun intended remark. I am pretty sure she is referring to the fact that the little girl is going on about how people use their tongue, when ellen is like 40 and knows we use it to swallow.

Anyone who knows anything at all about Terri Irwin would not be stupid enough to ask this question. Even when jumping crocodiles she is a lady and there is no way she would make a joke at anyone's sexuality - gay or otherwise. People should just lay off and give this poor grieving family a break!!!
